摘要
主要对鞍钢产生的钢渣(鲅鱼圈和鞍山本部)进行活性指数研究,从钢渣的陈化时间、钢渣处理工艺和细度等方面进行钢渣粉的活性研究,从钢渣粉的细度和掺量研究了钢铁渣粉的活性。结果表明采用闷渣处理工艺,陈化7天后的铜渣用于生产铜渣粉最为合适。钢渣粉的活性随着比表面积的增加增加,铜渣粉的活性指数与钢渣粉的掺加量而减少,但钢铁渣粉的活性指数差距较小。
This paper mainly studied activity index on steel slag which generated by Angang (Bayuquan and Anshan headquarters).studying the activity of steel slag from the aspects of aging time slag, steel slag treatment process and fineness, etc., and also from steel slag powder fineness and content.The results showed that the use of stuffy slag treatment process, aging 7 days after the slag used in the production of steel slag powder is most appropriate, the activity of steel slag increased by the surface area increased,and the activity index of Steel slag reduced by the amount of slag powder adding, But activity index of gap between the steel slag powder are smaller.
