青海民族地区影响公共政策执行的环境因素分析

The Analysis of Environment Factor in National Areas of Qinghai Influence Public Policy Execution

政策执行是公共政策过程中一个非常重要的环节,公共政策的执行会受到各种环境因素的影响,从而影响到政策效果。而在少数民族地区,由于地域环境、经济社会发展和文化的特殊性,使政策执行活动更为复杂和特殊。本文在介绍公共政策执行基本内容的基础上,从自然环境、经济环境、社会法制环境和传统文化环境等方面分析了青海民族地区政策执行的主要影响因素。

Policy executive is a very important link in the process of public policy, execution of public policy can be influenced by various environmental factors , so that policy effect also be affected. In minority nationality areas, which the geographical environment, economic and social development and the culture have particularity ,so the policy enforcement activities is more complicated and special. This paper introduces the basic content of public policy implementation, and analyzes the main influence factors of policy implementation in national regions of Qinghai province from many aspects such as economic environment, social legal environment and traditional culture environment.
