会展本科教育的社会认知——聚焦于会展学生家长的视角 被引量:1

摘要 本文以深度访谈为主要资料收集方法,以中山大学旅游学院会展经济与管理专业本科生的家长为考察对象,具体探讨了其作为典型社会群体对会展本科教育的认知状况。研究发现,会展学生家长对会展本科教育有着比较正面的认知:其一,他们普遍看好会展行业的发展前景,会展业在家长心目中是国际化的、新型的、经济拉动力强的朝阳行业;其二,他们多数认同并强调会展行业就业人员有较高的专业知识水平,沟通、策划、组织等能力比较强;其三,多数家长倾向于鼓励他们今后在本专业继续深造,其目标指向于在会展行业内拥有更好的职业起点。对国内会展本科教育界来说,家长群体所持有的正面认知可能有利于会展本科专业赢得比较稳定的、高质量的生源。 This paper chooses in-depth interview as the main data collection method, taking the parents of the undergraduate students from the event economy and management major of Sun Yat-sen University as the study subject, and explores their cognitive status as a typical representative of alike social groups. This study concludes that the parents of the event undergraduates have a positive understanding of the undergraduate education of the event major: first, they are generally optimistic about the future prospects of the event industry, believing that the event industry is an international, new, and strong economic power and sunrise industry second, they most agree and stress that the event industry employees have a higher level of professional knowledge, communication, planning, organization and their other capacities are all relatively strong~ third, some parents express their willingness to recommend their children or relatives and friends to take the event career, and most parents tend to encourage their children to continue studies in the future, with the goal of having a better professional starting point in the event industry. For the domestic event undergraduate education, the parent group's positive cognition may be conducive to the exhibition undergraduate major to win relatively stable, high-quality future students.
