From Dependent Trust to Diversified Trust: Contemplation on Promoting the Degree Reputation in Independent Colleges

在独立学院"文凭独立"的进程中,经历了国家和母体高校对其文凭声誉"信任让渡"逐渐消失的过程。当前,独立学院亟须由对国家和母体高校文凭"依附式信任",逐步转向以自身办学能力独立赢取各利益相关者对其文凭含金量的"多元化信任"。下一阶段,可以从教育主管部门开展独立学院文凭授予质量评价、行业组织开展独立学院文凭质量认证及独立学院增强文凭质量意识三个方面入手,通过争取社会信任、获得行业信任和树立自我信任等"多元化信任"的途径,推动独立学院文凭声誉的稳步提升。

In the process of degree independence in the independent colleges,its degree reputation that the country and the parent universities ＂trust transfer＂to the independent college vanished gradually. It is urgent for the independent colleges to convert＂dependent trust＂derived from the country and the parent universities to＂diversified trust＂gained by their own abilities to run the colleges and to win the trust from relevant stakeholders on degrees＇ gold content independently. In the next stage,it can start from the three aspects of education authorities carrying out quality evaluation,professional groups conducting quality certification and independent colleges strengthening their quality awareness,to strive＂multivariate trust＂which includes social trust,industry trust and self trust to promote the steady improvement of the degree reputation.
