摘要 针对大田滴灌带使用后回收的问题,设计了4DJ型滴灌带回收机,该机主要由起带装置、传动系统、抽带装置、集条装置、地轮和机架等部分组成,本文介绍该机的工作原理,并对主要工作部件进行设计与计算,对起带装置、抽带装置和集带装置工作过程进行分析,确定各部件的结构和工作参数。田间试验表明:机具在作业速度2.0~2.5km/h时,滴灌带回收率达94.6%。该机工作性能可靠、滴灌带回收率高、回收成本低,能够满足滴灌带回收的技术要求,研究成果可用于田间不同作物的滴灌带回收。 Aim at the problem of the field drip irrigation belt recycling after used, designing 4 DJ type drip irrigation belt recycling machine. This machine is mainly composed of pick device, transmission system, horizontal pump device,collection device, wheel and frame and other parts. This article introduce the working principle of this machine, and carries on the design and calculation of main work parts.This article also analyzes the working process of pick device, horizontal pump device and collection device ,and the structure and working parameters of each component. Field experiments show that the operation speed of the machine is 2.0 - 2.5 km/h, the drip irrigation with recovery rate of 94.6%. The machine work reliable performance, low cost of drip irrigation with high recovery, recycling, can satisfy the requirements of the drip irrigation belt recycling, research results can be used for different crops in the field of drip irrigation with reclaimed.
