摘要
为缩短产品设计周期,降低由于设计不合理导致的成本增加问题,基于Solid Works内置插件Motion对对辊柱塞式成型机关键零部件相对运动轨迹进行了仿真分析。结果表明:柱塞关键点相对于模孔运动轨迹轨迹为余摆线,模孔关键点相对于柱塞运动轨迹轨迹为心型线,压辊柱塞与环模模孔不发生干涉,验证了结构设计的合理性。为避免关键零部件发生干涉,探索了不干涉条件下的较优环模模孔开口锥度,结果表明:环模模孔开口锥度为60°时为宜。
To shorten the product design cycle, and reduce the cost increasing problem caused by the unreasonable de- sign, the forming mechanism of roller hriquetting machine with plungers was built and simulated by SolidWorks Motion. The simulation results showed that, the trajectory is trochoid for the key points of plunger relative to the holes of ring die, and the trajectory is heart-shaped line for the holes of ring die relative to the key points of plunger. There' s no interference between the plungers of roller and the holes of ring die, which verifies the rationality of structure design. At the same time, in order to avoid the interference of the key components, the better opening taper of ring die holes was explored un- der the condition of uninterfere, the results showed that 60° is advisable for the opening taper of ring die holes.
