摘要
传统设计过程中较少综合利用各类知识资源。为此,以提高圆盘勺式精密排种器的设计经验和设计知识的重用为目的,采用基于知识融合的排种器设计知识框架,根据设计参数特点,建立了排种器知识约束模型,定义了知识项的数据结构和逻辑关联,利用基于蚁群的需求驱动型融合算法完成圆盘勺式排种器的设计。同时,在VISUAL C++6.0、EON Studio 5.0和Pro/Engineering平台上,实现了圆盘勺式精密排种器设计模块的开发,可缩短产品设计周期和提高开发质量,也有利于产品设计知识的共享和重用。
It is little comprehensive utilization of various types of knowledge resources in the traditional design process, metering device design knowledge frame based on knowledge fusion is applied to the scope metering device design to im- prove the design experience and design knowledge. According to the characteristics of design parameters, knowledge con- straint model of scope metering device is established and data structure and logical relationship are defined. The design of scope metering device can be finished through requirement driven fusion algorithm based on ant colony. Scope metering device parametric design system based on knowledge has been developed on the platform of VISUAL C++ 6.0 ,EON Stu- dio 5.0 and Pro/Engineering. It is an effective solution to shorten product design cycles and improve product develop- ment quality. Furthermore, it is much better for designer to share and reuse design knowledge.
