摘要 针对目前我国青贮饲料发展及收获的现状,设计了一种全齿轮式传动系统的青贮收获机,阐述了该机的总体结构及切割输送装置、夹持喂入装置、切碎揉搓装置、全齿轮传动系统及其他辅助装置的结构及作用,并进行了田间试验。试验结果表明:该机生产率为0.7hm2/h,平均割茬高度为1 3 0 mm,籽粒破碎率约为9 5%,损失率≤4.1%,平均切碎长度为17mm,切碎揉搓效果较好,各项指标均达到行业标准,满足设计要求。 According to the present development and harvest condition of the silage in our country, a silage harvester with the all-gear transmission system was designed. In the paper, the overall structure of the machine was expounded. Besides, the structure and function of cutting and collecting device, clamping and feeding device, chopping and rubbing device and other auxiliary device were also explained. The field experiment had been completed and experimental results showed that the productivity of the machine was 0.7hm^2/h, the average stubble height was 130 mm, the grain crushing rate was about 95% , the loss rate was about 4. 1% or less, the average chopped length was 17 mm and the effect of chopping and rubbing was good. Therefore, the indicators of the machine were up to the industry standards, which could meet the design requirements.
