摘要
甘蔗叶是我国一种储量巨大且亟待开发利用的生物质能源,为进一步开发利用甘蔗叶资源,在电子万能材料试验机上对甘蔗收获后的甘蔗叶进行剪切试验研究,测定了甘蔗叶鞘、叶脉中部、叶脉下部、叶薄片中部、叶薄片下部的剪切力学特性,并应用统计软件,得到甘蔗叶的抗剪切强度和剪切模量,并对其进行了比较与分析。结果表明:在甘蔗叶粉碎、切断等机具的设计过程中,应以甘蔗叶叶薄片的剪切性能作为设计的依据。
Sugarcane leaf is a kind of large storage and developing biomass energy. For the further development and utili- zation of resources of sugarcane leaf, an experimental composed on harvest sugarcane leaves by electronic universal mate- rial testing machine. The shear properties were tested on the sugarcane leaves sheath, the bottom of sugarcane vein, the central of sugarcane vein, the bottom of sugarcane leaf flakes and the central of sugarcane leaf flakes. We analyzed the shear properties of sugarcane leaves according to the statistical results. Shearing strength and shear modulus was calculated and analyzed by statistical software. The tests showed that the choice of dynamical stress should be appraised according to shear properties of sugarcane leaves in designing process of crushing and cutting machinery.
