摘要 为了提高玉米干燥机的干燥效率,设计了一种新式的微波循环式玉米干燥机,并对干燥机的样机进行了实验和数值仿真模拟,测试了装置的干燥性能。结合流体力学理论,以多孔介质和湍流模型为基础,建立了干燥机流场的稳态仿真模型。为了验证数值仿真模拟的可靠性,采用了试验和数值仿真模拟进行对比的方式,试验采用本次研究设计的微波辅助玉米循环式干燥机,在恒温室内进行,使用湿度测量仪对出口处玉米湿度进行了检测,得到了出口湿度随时间变化曲线。将结果和数值仿真模拟结果进行了对比,结果表明:试验结果和仿真模拟结果基本吻合,在10min之内,玉米的相对湿度便可以从22.5%降低到11.3%,湿度的变化幅度较大,由此验证了微波辅助干燥机的良好干燥效果。 In order to improve the drying efficiency of corn dryer, design a new type microwave circular corn dryer, and the prototype of the dryer were experimental and numerical simulation simulation, test the drying performance of device. According to the theory of fluid mechanics in porous medium, and the turbulence model as the basis, establish a steady state simulation model of flow dryer. In order to validate the numerical simulation of reliability, the experimental and nu- merical simulation comparison of simulation and experiment with the research and design of microwave assisted maize cir- culation type dryer, at room temperature, using humidity measuring instrument for detection of corn humidity at the exit, the outlet humidity versus time curve is obtained. The simulation results and numerical simulation results were compared and found by comparing the results, the experimental results and simulation results are basically consistent, according to the experimental results, within 10 minutes, the relative humidity of the corn can reduced from 22.5% to 11.3%, hu- midity range considerably, and thus verify the microwave assisted drying machine of good drying effect.
