摘要
地膜覆盖技术的广泛推广与应用极大地促进了我国农业现代化的发展,但残留在土地中的地膜在自然条件下极难降解,给农业可持续发展带来巨大危害。为此,针对目前残膜回收机回收率难以达标的问题,设计了一种钉齿式残膜回收机,介绍了残膜回收机的总体结构参数及工作原理,重点对钉齿滚筒进行运动学分析,推导得出钉齿滚筒的运动学方程及不漏捡残膜所满足的参数条件。同时,运用ADAMS对钉齿滚筒的钉齿运动轨迹仿真,得出了滚筒转速、机具行进速度及钉齿周向相邻角度对残膜回收机工作效果的影响。
Plastic mulching technology application and extension, greatly promote the development of Agricultural modernization in our country,But the residues in the soil mulch extremely difficult to degradation under natural condi-tions,do great harm to the sustainable development of agriculture. Aiming at the problems of the recovery of residual film recycling machine cannot be satisfied, we design a screw tooth residual film recycling machine. This paper introduces the structure and parameters of the device and the working principle, analysed of spike-tooth drum, deduced the kinematics equation of spike-tooth drum and the parameters meeting the condition of undetection. We use the ADAMS to simulate the spike-tooth of drum. The roller speed is obtained. The influences of the machine speed and adjacent spike-tooth an-gle on the film recycling machine is obtained.
