摘要 马铃薯收获后需要对其入库贮藏,目前马铃薯入库堆垛机械的作业效率较低、成本高,需要大量人工辅助作业。针对这一系列问题,设计了一款具有较高作业效率的智能马铃薯堆垛机。该机可根据所需的堆垛高度进行作业,控制方便,伤薯率低,为马铃薯的长时间贮藏提供了保障。对样机做了相关试验,结果表明:该机满足堆垛要求,且堆垛过程中的伤薯率明显降低,可以控制在1%以下。因此,此款机器的设计对解决农忙时节用工荒、提高马铃薯的入库效率及马铃薯的贮藏品质具有重要意义。 Potato need to be storage after harvesting, but the storage space is relatively shortage, so often need to be stacking. At present, the piling efficiency is low, cost is high, the labor intensity is big. So,this paper designed an intel-ligent potato stacker with high efficiency. This machine can operate according to the stacking height with lower injury rate, has provided the safeguard for the potato storage for a long time. And the prototype has been made relevant experi-ments , the experimental results show that the machine satisfied the requirement of stacking with significantly lower injury rate of potato in the process of piling. Accordingly,the design of this machine is of great significance to solve the problem of labor shortage and improve the efficiency and the quality of potato storage.
