摘要
随着保护性耕作技术的推广与应用,小型免耕播种机已经不能满足保护性耕作发展需求,且目前的免耕播种机存在功能单一、播种效果差等问题。针对以上问题,设计了2BJM-12型气吸式免耕精密播种机。为此,介绍了该播种机的总体设计方案、主要技术参数及关键部件的设计。该机采用地轮传动的作业方式,具有全免耕、高速、精密播种的特点,可一次性完成破茬碎土、侧深施肥、精量播种及镇压覆土等作业,可以满足保护性耕作技术的发展需要。
With the popularization and application of conservation tillage technology,the small no-till planter has failed to meet the requirement of development of conservation tillage and people's needs with the increasing material and cultural speed.Recently,the machine is existing the problems such as single function ,no-till planter seeding issue.To solve these problems,we designed 2BJM-12 no-till of suction type precision seeder.This article mainly introduces the over design of the machine,main technical parameter and the key components.The machine uses wheel transmission mode of operation,has all characteristics of no-till,high speed,precision seeding,and the machine could broken stubble breaking soil and deep side fertillizing, precise seeding,suppression of the work on only one step, it is good enough for the development of the conservation-tillage technology.
