摘要
构建了一种准确定义农机产品设计方向的方法。根据设计流程及信息传递过程,将农机产品设计前期所需信息分为市场类信息、用户类信息、设计经验类信息及产品实现类信息,并针对以上信息进行图解分析,设计师通过对比分析信息框架中所需信息的来源和目标,结构化并准确定义设计问题。以微耕机为设计对象,对比该类产品各有用信息,结构化设计问题并准确定义设计目标,有效地把握此类产品的设计趋势。研究表明:以信息框架为手段的农机产品问题结构化能够有效地提高此类产品的设计准确性与成功率。
Construct a method of making precise definition of design trend of agriculture equipment.According to design process and process of transferring information, there are four types of information required in the fuzzy front-end of designing agricultural equipment,market information,users information, information of designers' experience and technology information.Depending on the schematic of the four types information, designers can construct the design problems and make precise definition of these problems to gain the design trends of agricultural equipments by comparatively analysis of the sources and goals of these information.Construction of the problems of agriculture equipment based on information framework can enhance the precision and success of this kind of product design.
