Criminological Perspectives of Charity Fraud through the Internet

网络骗捐犯罪是网络诈骗犯罪的一种新形式,这种新的犯罪类型具有与传统诈骗犯罪不同的特征:以无过错型被害人为主;通过编造动人故事来行骗。导致网络骗捐发生的原因主要包括三个方面:犯罪人寻求心理代偿、被害人的"侠客情怀"以及法律空白、网络捐赠平台不完善等社会原因。应当从依法打击犯罪、加强立法规制、完善平台建设、转变网民观念等方面对网络骗捐犯罪进行防控。

Charity fraud through the Internet is a new type of internet fraud, which differs from traditional fi＇aud crimes in two aspects： the non -fault victims and the swindles by making up touching stories. The causes of charity fraud through the internet are three - folded ： the criminals looking for psychological compensation, the victims with knight -errant spirit, and social causes such as legal lacuna and imperfect network donating platforms. Therefore, it is necessary to fight against this crime according to the law, improve relevant legislation, establish better network platform and plant newer ideas among internet users so that charity fraud through the internet can be prevented and controlled.
