大数据下治安管理工作探析

A Study on the Public Security Management with the Use of the Big Data

大数据的使用在治安管理工作中具备提高治安管控率、有效预警治安事件、提高治安管理效率和优化处理复杂治安数据等优势,但同时也存在没有全面掌握大数据的内涵、存在信息孤岛现象、信息处理能力偏低和公共参与度低等挑战。基于以上分析,大数据下的治安管理工作的开展应从以下五个方面努力:改变数据处理的原有思维,快速适应大数据技术特点;努力消除信息孤岛现象;积极做好大数据相关人才的储备和供给工作;大数据技术和传统调查方法有机结合;高效沟通,提高公众的参与意识。

The use of big data in public security management has advantages such as improving public security control rate, early warning of public security incidents effectively, enhancing public security efficiency, optimizing the processing of complex public security data and so on. There are also challenges such as not fully grasping the connotation of big data, the phenomenon of information isolated island, lack of information processing capacity, the low participation in public. Based on the above analysis, the public security management with the use of the big da- ta can be conducted from the following aspects： to change the original thinking of data processing, to adapt to the technical characteristics of the big data ; to eliminate the phenomenon of information isolated island ; to actively carry out big data related personnel reserve and supply work; to combine big data technology with traditional survey methods; to communicate effectively, and to improve the public awareness of participation.
