摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,检测了南方小花蝽和微小花蝽的酯酶同工酶酶谱。结果表明:两种小花蝽无论成虫还是若虫,其酯酶同工酶酶带数目、活性强弱及泳动率等均有较大差异。
This paper reports our studies on esterase isoenzymes of two minute pirate bug populations in the cotton field using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were large differenes in the electrophoretic pattern of the adults and nymphs of between the two bug populations. The adult and the nymph of the same bug also differed in electrophoretic pattern of the esterase isozymes.
