摘要
目的:探讨256层螺旋CT血管成像在颅内血管性病变的应用价值。方法:80例疑脑血管病变患者进行256层螺旋CT脑血管成像检查,对图像进行后处理,包括:容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)等技术,实时三维重建脑血管图像。结果:80例检查中发现动脉狭窄20例,动脉变异23例,烟雾病7例,动静脉畸形10例,动脉瘤20例。螺旋CT脑血管成像(SCTA)能很好显示大脑前、中、后动脉主干及近端大分支,能很好显示动脉瘤的形态、大小、位置;也能很好显示动静脉畸形的畸形血管团,以及供血动脉和引流静脉;80例中颅底Willis环都显示清晰。结论:256层螺旋CT脑血管成像是一种最佳的脑血管疾病的诊断方法,此种方法快速、无创,能为临床的治疗选择提供帮助。
ObjectiveTo explore the application value of 256-slice spiral CT angiography in intracranial vascular disease. Methods 80 patients with suspected intraeranial vascular disease underwent256-sliee spiral CT angiography (SCTA). The intracranial vascular images were 3D reconstructed with maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering technique (VRT). Results Of the 80 cases , arterial stenosis (n = 20), arterial variation( n = 23), moyamoya disease (n = 7), arteriovenous malformation (n = 10) and aneurysm (n = 20) were detected.. All main trunks of anterior, middle and posterior cerebral artery and proximal branches were well visualized in 256-slice SCTA. The formation, size and location of aneurysm were clealy displayed. The malformation arteriolar, the feeding arteries and drain veins of AVM were clearly shown. SCTA also clearly demonstrated Willis circle of 80 eases. Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT angiography is the best diagnosis means, rapid and noninvasive for detecting intraeranial vascular disease, and may provide help for clinical therapy choice.
