地屈孕酮和保胎无忧片治疗早期先兆流产的疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects of dydrogesterone and baotaiwuyou tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion

目的探讨地屈孕酮、保胎无忧片应用于早期先兆流产临床效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年4月期间我院收治的90例早期先兆流产患者为研究对象,经随机方式分为研究组和对照组,各45例。研究组患者在常规治疗基础上加用保胎无忧片,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用地屈孕酮,记录并比较两组早期先兆流产患者临床疗效及不良反应(胃肠道反应、头痛、皮疹、瘙痒、头晕等)发生情况。结果两组患者保胎成功率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后血清孕酮水平均较之前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者头痛、皮疹、瘙痒等药物不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用保胎无忧片治疗早期先兆流产可获得更为理想疗效及预后,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of dydrogesterone and baotaiwuyou tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods From August 2014 to April 2015, 90 cases of early threat- ened abortion in our hospital were selected as the research object. Those patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the study group treated with baotai- wuyou tablets on the basis of routine treatment, while the control group were treated with dydrogesterone and routine treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions （gastrointestinal reactions, headache, skin rash, itch- ing, dizziness, etc.） in two groups of patients with early threatened abortion were recorded and compared. Re- sults There were no significant differences between the two groups of patients with the success rate of pregnancy （P〉0.05）. The serum progesterone levels in the two groups were significantly higher than before, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions （headache, rash, itching, etc.） in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of baotaiwuyou tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion can get more ideal curative effect and prognosis, which is conducive to the protection of patients＇ quality of life and physical and mental health.
