C-反应蛋白联合白细胞计数检测诊断上呼吸道感染的临床应用

Clinical application of C-reactive protein combined with white blood cell count in the diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection

目的分析上呼吸道感染患者C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)联合白细胞计数(white cell count,WBC)检测的价值。方法选择120例上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,其中38例为细菌感染,82例为病毒感染。对所有患者的WBC和CRP分别进行检测,通过统计学分析其各项检查结果。结果 120患者中,CRP增高者占37.5%,WBC计数增高者占11.7%。其中细菌感染患者中CRP增高者占92.1%,WBC计数增高者占28.9%;病毒感染患者中CRP增高者占12.2%,WBC计数增高者占3.6%;细菌感染患者的CRP浓度及WBC计数明显高于病毒感染,二者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP和WBC联合检测对上呼吸道感染有较高的检出率。

Objective To analyze the upper respiratory tract infection in patients with C-reactive pro- tein （CRP） in combination with the value of the white cell count （WBC） detection. Methods The 120 patients with upper respiratory tract infection were selected as the research object, while 38 cases with bacterial infection, 82 cases with virus infection. WBC and CRP were detected in all patients, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Among 120 patients, the proportion of patients with increased CRP was 37.5%, while the proportion of patients with increased WBC was 11.7%. Among patients with bacterial infection, the proportion of patients with increased CRP was 92.1%, while the proportion of patients with increased WBC was 28.9%. Among patients with virus infection, the proportion of patients with increased CRP was 12.2%, while the proportion of patients with increased WBC was 3.6%. The CRP concentration and WBC count of patients with bacterial infection were sig- nificantly higher than those of virus infection, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined detection of CRP and WBC had a higher detection rate of upper respiratory tract infection.
