摘要
目的探讨计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)检查在诊断耳鼻咽喉肿瘤中的临床价值。方法以85例耳鼻咽喉肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。患者均进行CT检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,对比分析CT诊断的检出率。结果 CT诊断发现34例咽喉肿瘤、28例鼻肿瘤、18例耳肿瘤,诊断准确率为94.1%,与病理检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT检查在诊断耳鼻咽喉肿瘤中的临床价值较高,具有较高准确率,且操作简单,可为临床诊治提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the clinical value of computed tomography （CT） in diagnosis of oto- rhinolaryngologic neoplasms. Methods The clinical data of 85 cases of otorhinolaryngologic neoplasms were an- alyzed retrospectively. The patients were examined by CT, and the pathological findings were the gold standard. The detection rate of CT was analyzed. Results CT diagnosis showed that 34 cases with throat tumor, 28 cases with nasal tumor, 18 cases with ear tumor. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.1%. Compared with the patho- logical examination, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical value of CT examina- tion in diagnosis of otorhinolaryngologic neoplasms is high, with high accuracy and simple operation, which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
