个性化护理对甲状腺手术患者治疗依从性、护理满意度情况的影响

Effect of individualized nursing on compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with thyroid surgery

目的探究个性化护理对甲状腺手术患者治疗依从性、护理满意度情况的影响。方法选择2014年2月-2015年5月本院接诊的150例甲状腺手术患者,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组患者按照常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行个性化护理,手术完成后调查患者及其家属的护理满意度,并对患者治疗依从性进行评价。结果观察组患者的满意度(85.33%)明显高于对照组患者(38.67%)(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。治疗依从性方面,观察组患者[(7.3±0.9)分]优于对照组患者[(4.4±1.2)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可以显著改善甲状腺手术患者治疗依从性、护理满意度,提高患者手术成功率,降低手术并发症的出现,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on compliance and nursing satis- faction of patients with thyroid surgery. Methods From February 2014 to May 2015, 150 cases of thyroid surgery patients admitted in our health clinic were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, each group with 75 cases. Patients in the control group were were given routine nursing care, while patients in study group were treated with individualized nursing care on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfac- tion of patients and their families after the completion of the operation were investigated. The compliance of patients were evaluated. Results The satisfaction of patients., in the observation group （85.33%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （38.67%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The treat- ment compliance of patients in the observation group [（7.3±0.9） score] was better than that of the control group [（4.4±1.2） score], and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing can significantly improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with thyroid surgery, im- prove the success rate of surgery, reduce the occurrence of complications, so it is worthy of clinical application.
