血浆BNP水平检验对舒张型心功能不全的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of plasma BNP level in patients with cardiac insufficiency

目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平检验对舒张型心功能不全的诊断价值。方法选取2014年9月-2015年9月于我院住院治疗的96例老年舒张性心功能不全患者,将其作为观察组,另选取同期来我院住院治疗的96例非心功能不全患者,将其作为对照组,对两组患者的血浆BNP水平变化情况进行观察比较。结果观察组患者的BNP水平[(540.7±126.6)pg/m L]较对照组[(25.7±12.4)pg/m L]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且伴随患者舒张功能不全分级的升高,BNP水平也呈现随之升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年舒张型心功能不全患者,可应用血浆BNP水平实施临床诊断,另外,还能对患者心脏舒张功能不全程度进行客观反应于判断,具有良好的临床应用价值与诊断效果。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） levels in patients with diastolic heart failure. Methods From September 2014 to September 2015, 96 elderly patients with diastolic heart failure who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group; while another 96 patients with non-cardiac dysfunction who were hospitalized in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The changes of plasma BNP levels in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The BNP level of the observation group [（540.7±126.6） pg/mL] was higher than that of the control group [（25.7±12.4） pg/mL], and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. With the increase of diastolic dysfunction, the BNP level also increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of plasma BNP level can be implemented for elderly patients with diastolic heart failure. It can objectively reflect the degree of diastolic dysfunction in patients, and has good clinical application value and diagnostic effect.
