摘要
基因的稳定性对维持机体的正常生长具有重要作用。DNA随时面临损伤因子的威胁,一旦DNA发生不可逆损伤将会导致基因的不稳定,甚至诱发肿瘤形成。但机体具有DNA损伤修复、细胞凋亡调控系统可以及时修复损伤的DNA以维持基因的稳定性。有研究表明Rad9、Rad1、Hus1基因参与DNA的损伤修复和细胞凋亡并与肿瘤的发生、发展有明确关系。本文将对目前Rad9、Rad1、Hus1基因的研究以及与肿瘤发生的关系进行综述。
The stability of the gene plays an important role in maintaining the normal growth of the organism. DNA facing the threat of injury factors at any time, the DNA irreversible damage will lead to gene instability, even induce tumor formation. But the organism can promptly repair damaged DNA in order to maintain gene stability by DNA damage repair, apoptosis control system. Studies have shown that Rad9, Radland Hus1 genes involved in DNA damage repair and apoptosis and tumor occurrence. In this paper, a brief review was made of Rad9,Radl and Hus1 genes and their relationship with tumorigenesis.
