原子荧光光谱法测定稻谷及制品中含总砷的量 被引量:3

Determination of total arsenic in paddy and its products by atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 应用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定稻谷及其制品中总砷,采用微波消解法对稻谷及其制品样品进行总砷的前处理.结果表明,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg,线性范围为0-25μg/L,回收率为92.6-103.0%,相对标准偏差为0.8%.所测稻谷中总砷范围在0.126-0.526 mg/kg,糙米中总砷范围在0.096-0.174 mg/kg,大米中总砷范围在0.012-0.054 mg/kg. Determination of total arsenic in paddy and its products was performed by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Pretreatment of total arsenic in paddy and its products samples was done by microwave digestion method. The results indicated that detection limit,linear range,recovery rate and relative standard deviation of the developed method were 0. 02 mg/kg,0 ~ 25 μg/L and 92. 6 ~ 103. 0%,with the RSD of 0. 8%,respectively. The measuring range of total arsenic content in paddy was 0. 126 ~ 0. 526 mg/kg.The total arsenic content in brown rice was in 0. 096 ~ 0. 174 mg/kg,and the total arsenic content in rice was in 0. 012 ~ 0. 054 mg/kg.
