摘要
创业板上市公司在融资等方面的特殊性,已成为学术界和实务界聚焦的热点议题之一。本文选取我国股票市场上创业板上市公司为研究样本,以2015年公司的指标数据对其资本结构现状进行分析,对创业板上市公司提出针对性建议,以期有助于企业融资策略的选择。
The financial particularity of listed companies on GEM of China has become one of the focuses for both academic research and practical industry. This article selected some listed companies on GEM as research samples and analyzed the status quo of those samples with the financial data in 2015. The author also put forward some countermeasures for the samples in order to help them with their financing strategy choice.
