Research progress on reconstruction of acetabular bone defect during hip revision based on the Gross classification

重建髋臼骨缺损是髋关节翻修术的难点,严重骨缺损的重建方式和假体选择一直是临床热点。正确处理髋臼骨缺损的前提是合理评价骨缺损。临床上有很多髋臼骨缺损的分类方法,Gross分型可以对术中实际骨缺损程度做出准确评估,目前对包容性骨缺损的处理方法较为一致,对非包容性骨缺损的处理尚存争议,本文就Gross分型结合近来相关文献对髋臼重建的新进展予以综述。

The reconstruction of acetabular bone defect is a nodus in the hip revision. Reconstruction of severe acetabular bone defects and selection of prosthesis have been research hotspots. Proper evaluation of bone defects is the key of the treatment. There are different classifications about acetabular bone defects. The Gross classification is able to evaluate accu- rately bone defects during surgery and fits for intracavitary defect in general. However, controversy remains in extracavitary defect according to the Gross classification. The development of acetabular bone defect related to the Gross classification was reviewed in this paper.
