摘要
肺癌脑转移发生率、死亡率高,寻找操作简单、准确的检测指标对肺癌脑转移诊断和治疗意义重大。近年来,随着分子生物学的发展,许多新型生物学标志物被发现,在肺癌脑转移诊疗中具有很好的应用前景。本文主要阐述肺癌脑转移外周血和组织学分子标志物的研究进展及现状。
The incidence and mortality is both high in brain metastases from lung cancer, and therefore the find of simple and accurate indicators is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of the brain metastases from lung cancer. With the development of molecular biology, many new biological markers that have good application prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of brain metastases from lung cancer were found and researched in recent years. This article will review the research progress and current situation of the peripheral blood and histological molecular markers in the brain metastases from lung cancer.
