摘要
Testimonial evidence refers to the testimonies delivered by witnesses and the statementsmade by litigants in a court of law. It plays a crucial role in fact finding. The ultimate goal of fo-rensic linguistics is to solve legal problems related to language by means of linguistic theory andmethodology.
