摘要
腕背部腱鞘囊肿是手部常见的软组织肿物,腱鞘囊肿的病因病理尚不明确。本文回顾腱鞘囊肿的病因病理理论及治疗历史,着重论述腕背部腱鞘囊肿的三种常见治疗方法,即保守治疗、开放手术与关节镜手术,并分析不同治疗方法的特点和进展,为临床治疗做出指导。
Dorsal wrist ganglion is a common soft tissue mass of hand. The etiology and pathology of ganglion cysts are not clear. In this paper,we reviewed the etiology,pathology and treatment history of ganglion cyst,and focused on the characteristics and progress of three common treatment methods of dorsal wrist ganglion,including conservative treatment,open surgery and arthroscopic surgery. We tried to make guidance for clinical treatment.
