Research on Integration of Power of Discipline Inspection and Supervision at Universities under the New Normal

在新常态下,通过顶层制度设计整合加强高校纪检监察力量,组建由省级纪委领导、省级教育纪工委负责的高校联合办案组,统一归口信访举报线索受理,借助高校联合办案组处理高校腐败存量、遏制增量,推进高校纪检监察部门监督执纪问责常态化、制度化,为发展高等教育事业提供强有力的纪律保证和廉洁保障。

Under the New Normal, through the top-level system design to integrate the inspection and supervision force, set up the joint case handling group led by the provincial Commission of Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Education Discipline Committee, centralized by petition clues, with the joint efforts of college case handling group to curb the increment in colleges and universities, we can promote the normalization and institutionalization of accountability in discipline inspection and supervision department, provide a strong organizational and political guarantee for the development of higher education.
