摘要
以某型航空发动机风扇转子为参考,在结构相似和动力学特性相似约束条件下开展了风扇转子试验器的设计与动力学特性研究工作.利用转子动力学有限元分析技术研究了各参数对风扇转子试验器模态的影响,结合其动力学相似设计的一般流程,得到了通过调整风扇转子试验器参数实现试验器动力学特性控制的一般方法,给出了风扇转子动力学试验器的具体设计参数.
A certain type of aeroengine fan rotor is taken as a study reference in this paper. The fan rotor tester is investigated under the constraint conditions with the similarity of structure and dynamics characteristics. The effect of various parameters on the rotor modal tester is also examined through finite element analysis, combined with the general process of dynamic similarity design. The general approach of tester dynamics control is then ob- tained by adjusting the fan rotor parameter tester, which gives the specific design parameters of the fan rotor dy- namics tester.
