宫外孕治疗方剂、米非司酮与氨甲喋呤对难治性输卵管妊娠包块大小及血清β-HCG值影响的分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ectopic Pregnancy Prescription,Mifepristone and Methotrexate on the Refractory Tubal Pregnancy Mass Size and Serum β-HCG

目的:探讨宫外孕方剂、米非司酮与氨甲喋呤对难治性输卵管妊娠的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年12月在某院接受治疗的难治性输卵管妊娠患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为中西医组(宫外孕治疗方剂+米非司酮+氨甲喋呤)、西医组(米非司酮与氨甲喋呤)各50例,对比两种方法的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者的β-HCG水平、异位妊娠包块直径均呈现出显著的降低趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医组治疗成功率92%高于西医组的84%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中西医组血β-HCG值完全恢复正常时间、异位妊娠包块消失时间均显著低于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫外孕方剂联合米非司酮与氨甲喋呤能加快难治性输卵管妊娠患者β-HCG水平和异位妊娠包块直径的降低,明显缩短治疗时间。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy prescription, mifepristone and methotrexate on refractory tubal pregnancy.Methods：100 patients with refractory tubal pregnancy treated in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were divided into Chinese and western medicine group （ectopic pregnancy prescription ＋ mifepristone ＋ methotrexate） and western medicine group （mifepristone and methotrexate） with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.Then compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment, the β-HCG level and ectopic pregnancy mass of the two groups showed a significant decrease trend, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the success rate of TCM treatment group （92%） was higher than that of western medicine group （84%）,but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The blood β-HCG value of Chinese and western medicine group returned to normal time,and the disappearance time of ectopic pregnancy mass was significantly lower than that of western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ectopic pregnancy prescription combined with mifepristone and methotrexate can accelerate the decrease of β-HCG level and ectopic pregnancy mass in refractory tubal pregnancy, and shorten the treatment time.
