摘要
目的:评价3种根管充填糊剂的根管封闭能力,分析其影响因素。方法:收集新鲜拔除的完整单根管牙齿(前牙或下颌第一前磨牙)66颗,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组22颗牙,分别用Iroot SP(A组)糊剂、AH-plus(B组)糊剂、Vitapex(C组)糊剂加牙胶尖以侧压法进行根管充填,采用亚甲蓝渗入法测量染料渗入距离,并通过光学显微镜观察根尖区糊剂之间的结合状态。结果:3种根管充填材料的染料渗透距离中,AH-Plus组和Iroot SP组的微渗漏值明显小于Vitapex糊剂组,AH-Plus组和Iroot SP组之间的微渗漏值无明显差异。结论:Iroot SP糊剂和AH-Plus糊剂短期内对于根管充填有很好的密合性,能有效防止根尖微渗漏现象的发生。
Objective:To evaluate the ability of root canal closure of three kinds of root canal filling paste, and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 66 specimens of freshly removed complete single root canals (anterior or mandibular first premolars) were randomly divided into group A, B and C with 22 teeth in each group,and root SP paste (group A),AH-plus paste (group B),Vitapex paste plus gutta-percha (group C) was used for root cannula filling respectively.The penetration of dye was measured by methylene blue infiltration method and the state of the bonding between the paste was obeserved by apical.Results:The microleakage values of the AH-Plus and iroot sp group were significantly smaller than those of the Vitapex paste group, and the microleakage between the AH-Plus and iroot sp groups was not found in the dye permeation distance of the three root canal filling materials, with no significant difference.Conclusion:The iroot sp paste and AH-Plus paste have good adhesion to the root canal filling in the short term, which can effectively prevent the micro-leakage of the apical.
