平板运动试验在缺血性ST段压低诊断中的应用评估

Application of Treadmill Exercise Test in the Diagnosis of Ischemic ST Segment Depression

目的:研究分析平板运动试验在缺血性ST段压低诊断中的应用。方法:选取383例门诊以及住院病例,将其列为试验组,选取同期病例383例作为常规组。在分析病例实际情况的基础上对试验组对使用运动平板仪分析其水平型压低,分析其心肌缺血诊断检出率,同时分析其不同压低大小的敏感性以及特异性。结果:相比常规心电图检测,平板运动试验诊断具有非常明显的敏感性以及特异性,平板运动试验诊断检出率明显高于常规心电图检测。结论:在缺血性ST段压低诊断中平板运动试验的应用具有非常明显的现实意义,值得进一步研究使用。

Objective：To study the application of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of ischemic ST segment depression.Methods：383 outpatients and inpatients were selected as the experimental group,and the same period the routine group of 383 cases.Based on the analysis of the actual situation,in the experimental group, use the treadmill exercise instrument to analyze the level down,the detection rate of the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia,and to analyze the different size of lower sensitivity and specificity.Results：Compared with the routine ECG examination,the treadmill exercise test has a very obvious sensitivity and specificity, the detection rate of treadmill exercise test was significantly higher than that of conventional ECG.Conclusion：The application of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of ischemic ST segment depression is of great practical significance.
