正畸治疗在中、重度慢性牙周炎治疗中的运用及其价值分析

Application of Orthodontic Treatment in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Chronic Periodontitis and Its Value Analysis

目的:探讨中、重度慢性牙周炎患者采用正畸治疗的价值。方法:选取2014年2月~2015年3月在某院口腔科接受治疗的50例中、重度慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,将50例患者随机均分观察组和对照组,两组患者皆同时采用常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上观察组增加正畸治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总满意度为100%,对照组治疗后总满意度为58%。结论:正畸治疗能提高慢性牙周炎患者治疗满意度,能提高患者牙周炎治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the value of orthodontic treatment in patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis.Methods：Fifty patients with severe chronic periodontitis who were treated in the hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects.Fifty patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the control group.The two groups received conventional treatment in our hospital.The observation group received orthodontic treatment based on conventional treatment.Then compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：The total satisfaction was 100% in the observation group and 58% in the control group after treatment.Conclusion：Orthodontic treatment can improve the satisfaction of patients with chronic periodontitis and improve the therapeutic effect of periodontitis.
