摘要 目的:观察分析自然周期与促排卵周期联合宫腔内人工授精的临床效果。方法:随机选取100对夫妇的90个自然周期和55个促排卵周期为研究内容,对两组妊娠结局进行分析比较。结果:自然组流产率明显低于促排组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠率、双胎率、异位妊娠率存在的差异则不明显,无统计学意义。结论:人工授精的基础上促排卵周期的流产率明显高于自然周期。 Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of intrauterine insemination combined with natural cycle and ovulation cycle.Methods:90 spontaneous cycles of 100 couples and 55 ovulation cycles were selected randomly.The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The abortion rate of the natural group was significantly lower than that of the urinary group,which the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate, twin rate and ectopic pregnancy rate,with no statistical significance.Conclusion:The abortion rate of ovulation induction on the basis of artificial insemination was significantly higher than that of natural cycle.
