摘要
目的:分析在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中进行糖化血红蛋白检查的诊断价值。方法:随机选择2015年1月~2016年1月在某院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者60例参与研究,以及60例正常妊娠女性,对所有研究对象均实施糖化血红蛋白检查,分析结果。结果:妊娠期糖尿病组HbAlc≥10的并发症发生率高于HbAlc<10的孕妇。结论:糖化血红蛋白检查在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的诊断价值明显,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin in gestational diabetes mellitus screening.Methods：60 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected,and 60 normal pregnant women were treated with glycosylated hemoglobin for all the subjects.The results were analyzed.Results：The incidence of complications of gestational diabetes mellitus group （HbAlc≥10） was higher than that in normal pregnant women group （HbAlc〈10）.Conclusion：The diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin in the screening of gestational diabetes mellitus is obvious and worthy of promotion.
