喜炎平注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗进食荔枝后诱发感冒的临床研究

Clinical Study of Xiyanping Injection Combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the Treatment of Colds after Ingestion of Litchi

目的:探讨喜炎平注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗进食荔枝后诱发感冒的临床效果。方法:将2013年6月6日~2016年6月6日收治于茂名中医院儿科87例因进食荔枝而出现感冒的患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方式进行分组,治疗组(30例)行喜炎平注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗,对照组1(30例)行抗生素治疗,对照组2(27例)行磷酸奥司他韦治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于其他两组,治疗组退热时间、住院时间明显短于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦用于治疗进食荔枝后诱发的感冒具有良好疗效,且能减少抗生素的使用率,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of colds after eating litchi.Methods： A total of 87 children with pediatric tuberculosis were enrolled in the Maoming Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 6th , 2013 to June 6th, 2016.The children who developed colds in litchi were divided into two groups according to the treatment group.The treatment group （30 cases） were treated with antibiotics;control group 2 （27 cases） treated with oseltamivir phosphate.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the other two groups.The time of fever and the hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the other two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xiyanping injection is effective for the treatment of litchi after eating cold, which can reduce the use of antibiotics and is worth promoting.
