小建中汤应用于58例消化性溃疡临床治疗的疗效观察

Efficacy of Xiaojianzhong Decoction in the Clinical Treatment of 58 Cases of Peptic Ulcer

目的:分析小建中汤应用于58例消化性溃疡临床治疗的疗效观察。方法:选取某院于2014年12月~2016年3月间收治的58例消化性溃疡患者进行研究,按照患者进行治疗的先后顺序,分为A组29例和B组29例。A组患者西药治疗,B组患者小建中汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:B组患者症状改善、溃疡面积以及复发情况均优于A组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化性溃疡患者接受小建中汤治疗,治疗效果突出,能有效的减少溃疡复发,促进患者溃疡愈合,临床推广价值显著。

Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction on clinical treatment of 58 cases of peptic ulcer.Methods：Fifty-eight patients with peptic ulcer treated from December 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into group A of 29 patients and group B of 29 patients according to the treatment order.Group A of patients was treated with western medicine treatment, group B of patients was treated with Xiaojianzhong decoction,and then compared the clinical treatment efficacy of the two groups.Results：The improvement of symptoms,ulcer area and recurrence of group B were better than group A, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect is outstanding in the patients with peptic ulcer treated by Xiaojianzhong decoction,which effectively reduced the recurrence of ulcer, promoted ulcer healing,with remarkable clinical promotion value.
