手术安全核查表的应用与效果

Application and Effect of Surgical Safety Checklist

目的:总结手术安全核查表的应用流程及效果。方法:某院2014年1月~2014年12月实施手术10984台,由手术室护士、手术医生核对患者信息、手术部位及手术方式;2015年1月~2015年12月实施手术11200台,均由病房护士、麻醉医生、手术室护士、手术医生严格按照核查流程,填写《手术安全核查表》,比较实施前后护理缺陷发生情况。结果:实施前手术室接患者、麻醉开始及手术开始的准时率和护理缺陷发生率分别为90.5%,87.5%,84%和0.28%,实施后手术室接患者、麻醉开始及手术开始的准时率和护理缺陷发生率分别为100%,99.5%,96.5%和0.05%,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用手术安全核查表可提高手术人员安全核查的依从性,降低护理缺陷,保障手术患者安全。

Objective：To conclude the application process and effect of surgical safety checklist.Methods：The patients＇ information,surgery spots and surgical methods of 10984 surgeries from January 2014 to December 2014 were checked by operation room nurses and doctors.The surgical safety checklists of 11200 surgeries from January 2015 to December 2015 were filled by nurse in ward, anesthetist,amd theatre nurse and doctors followed procedures strictly.The occurrence rate of nursing defects before and after implementation was compared.Results：The on-time rate of receiving patient for operation,anesthesia started,beginning of operation and occurrence rate of nursing defects before implementation was 90.5%,87.5%,84% and 0.28% respectively, and the on-time rate of receiving patient for operation, anesthesia started, beginning of operation and occurrence rate of nursing defects after implementation was 100%, 99.5%,96.5% and 0.05% respective-ly,which the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of surgical safety checklist can improve the operation staff＇compliance and avoid many nursing defects to ensure the safety of patients.
