摘要 目的探索基于病理报告的早期宫颈癌术后患者健康教育的效果。方法将68例早期宫颈癌术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上实行基于病理报告的个体化健康教育。比较两组对疾病认知度、焦虑情况、遵医行为及护理满意度。结果干预至放化疗结束,观察组对疾病相关知识的掌握程度、遵医配合率及护理满意率显著高于对照组,焦虑水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于病理报告的健康教育可以有效地提高早期宫颈癌术后患者对疾病的认知度,缓解负性情绪,提升遵医行为和对护理的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of health education based on pathological report for early cervical cancer patients after sur- gery. Methods Totally 68 early cervical cancer patients after surgery were randomized into a control group and an observation group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group additio- nally received health education based on pathological report. Disease awareness, anxiety, compliance and satisfaction of nursing service between the 2 groups were compared. Results After the intervention, disease awareness, compliance rate and satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and the anxiety level was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Health education based on pathological report can improve disease awareness of early cervical cancer patients after surgery, alleviate their negative emotions and enhance patients'compliance behavior and satisfaction with nursing service.
