摘要
通过对泉州某工程冲孔灌注桩的低应变检测,发现桩身质量存在问题,后通过单桩竖向抗压静载试验发现桩身承载力严重不足。结合钻芯法验证,查出引起质量事故的原因,并根据该工程的结构类型、地质条件、环境条件提出了高压注浆法的加固方案。加固后重新进行竖向抗压静载检测,承载力满足设计要求,确保结构安全。
In this paper, the low strain test carried out on a cast -in -place bored pile in a project in Quanzhou, which questioned the quality of this pile. Then, by the vertical compressive load test, it is discovered that the bearing capacity is seriously insufficient. Finally, combined with the core drilling method, the reason of this quality problem is found out. Therefore, to ensure the design requirement of the bearing capacity, the jet grouting method is put forward to reinforce the pile and the vertical compressive load test is reconducted on the ba- sis of the structure type and geological and environmental condition of the project. Such practice makes sure the safety of the structure.
