永泰县南区水厂改造工程设计

摘要 为解决水厂因运行时间较久,设备老化、供水水质水量不稳定的问题,永泰县南区水厂进行了取水泵站改造,以及厂区进出水管、反应沉淀池、重力式无阀滤池、综合楼及加药间、二级泵房及自控等系统的改造。该项目通过增加临时取水泵及提高反应沉淀池进水平衡水箱标高等技术措施使项目实施过程中实现了不停水施工。项目竣工后水厂出水平均浊度为0.54NTU,制水能力提高20%,自动化程度明显提高。 In order to solve the water for a long time operation,equipment aging,water quality and quantity of the instability problem a single sentence,sentence deletion,Southern Waterworks of Yongtai reformed the water pumping station; and reconstructed the inlet and outlet pipe of plant,reaction and sedimentation tank,gravity valveless filter,comprehensive building and dosing room,secondary pump house and automatic control system. The project through the technical measures such as increase in the temporary water pump and raising the level of the water tank in the reaction settling tank to ensure the project implementated water keep supply. After the completion of the project,the average turbidity of the effluent is 0. 54 NTU,the water capacity is increased by 20%,and the automation level is improved obviously.
