摘要
施工项目材料种类繁多,现场材料损耗管控经常出现混乱、超支浪费现象,因此材料损耗管理成功与否直接影响到项目施工成本控制成果。为此,文章通过探讨项目在施工阶段的材料损耗控制管理措施,应用帕累托"二八定律"分级分类控制,并根据工程项目自身的特点和不同材料所占费用比重,将材料划分成主要材料、一般材料、辅助材料,对不同类别、不同级别的施工材料采用不同的控制办法,以达到预期的材料损耗控制目标。同时,项目借鉴类似施工企业内部定额编制方法,浅议施工企业内部材料损耗量定额的编制。
The construction project has a wide variety of materials,and material loss in the field is often confused and overspending. The success of material loss management has a direct impact on the project construction cost control results. So this paper discusses the project in the construction stage of the material loss control management approach,by using the Pareto Principle,and according to the characteristics of the project and the proportion of the cost of different materials will be divided into major materials,general materials,and auxiliary materials.Different types of construction materials using different control methods to achieve the expected material loss control objectives. At the same time,the project draws on the internal quota preparation method of similar construction enterprises,and discusses the compilation of material loss amount in construction enterprises.
