结合国内大、中、小城市公交优先的发展经历,指出人们对公共交通方式和公交优先发展问题认识上的误区。分析了目前公共交通和公交优先实施存在的问题。从不同类型城市、同类城市不同时期及不同公交服务适用不同对象等方面对公交优先进行了综合考量,从而提出解决问题的思路和方法。

Combined with the development experience of public transit priority in the small, middle and large cities of China, the article points out the wrong conception of the people for the public transport mode and the public transit priority development, analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of public transport and public transit priority now, and comprehensively considers and discusses the public transit priority from the different cities, the same cities at the different times and the different public transit service applicable for the different objects so as to propose the thinking and methods to solve the problems.
