基于“海绵城市”要求的城市道路工程专项规划编制研究

Research on Specialized Planning Compilation of Urban Road Engineering Based on Requirement of "Sponge City"

随着我国全面推进海绵城市建设,规划的引领作用十分重要,业界对于海绵城市专项规划编制研究很多,住房和城乡建设部也于2016年3月11日印发了海绵城市专项规划编制暂行规定。但基于"海绵城市"要求的城市道路工程专项规划编制内容还没有明确的规定,现仅海绵城市建设对城市道路工程专项规划编制内容及要点的若干问题进行一些研究,以期对同行有所参考。

With the overall promotion of 'sponge city' construction in China, the leading role of planning is very important. There are many researches on the specialized planning compilation of sponge city. And the temporary provisions for specialized planning compilation of sponge city were issued on March 11, 2016 by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. But based on the specialized planning compilation of urban road engineering required for the 'sponge city', there is no defined provision. There are some researches only on several problems of specialized planning compilation contents and gist of urban road engineering for the construction of sponge city, which can be referred for the similar projects.
