医用手套包装用的纸塑复合材料具有良好的防菌、防潮与抗低温性能,经钴-60照射后,虽透气度有所增加,抗性强度下降,但仍优于单层纸包装材料。手套经25kGy照射后,抗拉质量仍符合国家标准。
The changes of paper-plastic combined packing material (PP packing material) and single layered paper after 25 kGy ^(60)Co irradiation were compared experimentally. The results indicated that although the air permeability of the PP packing material somewhat increased and its tensile strength decreased after irradiation, its performance was still better than that of single layered paper. The experiment also showed that the PP packing material had advantages such as preventing penetration of bacteria, moistureproof and resistance to low temperature (-20℃). The medical gloves sealed in bags made of PP packing material could fulfil the sterilization requirements after 25 kGy ^(60)Co irradiation. Although its tensile strength somewhat decreased, it still met the national standard of eligibility. The infusion of ^(60)Co-irradiated gloves was not irritative to rabbit skin and muscle.
