Calculation of Automobile Transportation Cost in Economic Cost-benefit Analysis of Urban Road

燃料消耗是汽车运输成本中最为显性的因素。现对世界银行燃料消耗模型进行阐述;并对实地调研的油耗数据进行统计分析,验证该模型的适用性。在此基础上,对基本消耗、与行驶距离有关消耗、与时间有关消耗三项运输成本分别计算,建立汽车运输成本模型,为城市道路经济费用效益分析提供参数依据。

Fuel consumption is the most significant factor in automobile transportation cost. The paper elaborates the fuel consumption model of the World Bank, and analyses the investigated consumption data of fuel to verify the applicability of this model. On this basis, the paper calculates separately three transportation costs of the basic consumption, the consumption related to driving distance, and the consumption related to time. The automobile transportation cost model is established to provide the parameter basis for the economic cost-benefit analysis of urban road.
