抑郁症康复技能训练对缓解抑郁症状和促进社会功能康复的作用

Effect of rehabilitation skills training program on alleviating depressive symptoms and rehabilitating social function in patients with major depression

目的探讨抑郁症康复技能训练对促进患者抑郁症状缓解和社会功能康复的作用。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月首都医科大学附属北京安定医院和北京市海淀区精神卫生防治院收治的80例抑郁症患者为研究对象。将入选患者按随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各40例。干预组和对照组患者分别应用抑郁症康复技能和健康教育干预4周,随访12个月,每3个月评定1次17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale-17,HAMD17)和个人与社会表现量表(personal and social performance scale,PSP)。结果随访结束时,共有14例患者脱落,干预组和对照组各脱落7例,脱落率为17.5%,脱落率组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预组患者各随访时点HAMD17总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),PSP总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症康复技能训练程式能促进患者抑郁症状的缓解和社会功能的康复,有利于其早日回归社会。

Objective To assess the effect of rehabilitation skills training program on alleviating depressive symptoms and rehabilitating social function in patients with major depression. Method 80 patients with major depression treated in Beijing An Ding Hospital, Affiliated to Capital Medical University and Mental Health Prevention Center in Haidian District of Beijing from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Besides antidepressants treatment, intervention group patients were treated with depression rehabilitation skills training, control group patients were treated with general health education for 4 weeks. Both groups were followed up with Hamilton depressive scale-17 （HAMD17） and personal and social performance scale （PSP） every 3 months for 12 months. Result At the end of follow-up, a total of 14 patients were lost, 7 cases in each group, the shedding rate was 17.5%, there was no significant difference between the groups （P 〉 0.05）. The scores of HAMD17 in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group at all follow-up time points （P 〈 0.05）; the scores of PSP in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group at all follow-up time points （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation skills training program on depression is effective both in alleviating depressive symptoms and rehabilitating social function for patients with major depression, and conducive to its early return to society.
